Would this still happen if the Holocaust Memorial and Learning Centre had opened in VTG? 

Our park is home to all kinds of crazy and wonderful activities...individual leisure and fun, sport and training, protests, charity meets, filming, office breaks, dog walking, taking kids to the playground, picnics...and now also this:
