Disappearing Plankton

Plankton may be tiny but they are key to the whole marine ecosystem.  Seismic testing is known to be hugely damaging to plankton.    This article is about seismic testing for oil and gas, these fossil fuel extractive industries at least have to undertake full consultation with the public before being granted a licence to drill - the Nuclear Industry on the other hand has given itself an exemption from any public scrutiny.
