SafeBuilt is asking for a business plan for the shop. They want to know how long the project will take, who the contractors are going to be and what the projected cost is going to be. I’ve already set a price amount and they told me it wasn’t enough. They think it’s too low and it’s going to cost way more to fix. They keep adding more and more excuses.
