Thank you for being part of the petition

Unfortunately State Planning say this petition does not meet their guidelines so they are ignoring the 249 signatures: The full applications and 25 full objections are on https://www.saplanningcommission.sa.gov.au/__data/assets/pdf_file/0019/1070605/2.2.2_-_Cucci_Investments_ta_Kings_Head_Hotel_C-_Future_Urban_-_Report_and_Attachments.pdf  Note pages 556 -558, State Heritage support for the project including the 1800's wall on Sturt Street being classified as 1970's.

Planning approval has been given, next step is Development. If a State Heritage Category 1 (Highest level in SA)  Bluestone buildings can be demolished excuses could be made to demolish any historical building and a much poorer city will remain. https://www.saplanningcommission.sa.gov.au/__data/assets/pdf_file/0004/1074505/Public_Minutes.pdf

I have represented my local neighbours, but now leave it up to individuals to follow up with their members of parliament. Hon. Nick Champion can still stop this project. Again thank you for your interest.
