The planned Light Rail Route will go through our Priority Koala Conservation Area at Burleigh Hill and Koala Park if we do not stop it. The Light Rail will bring destruction to our Koala Habitat on Jellurgal (the Aboriginal name given to this scared Hill). The Light Rail will automatically introduce new Development Zonings to allow HIGHER DENSITY HIGH RISES within 800m of the Tram Track. Possibly with UNLIMITED HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS. Casting shadows on Tallebudgera Beach and Palm Beach. Crime will return to Palm Beach and Small Businesses will be destroyed during the Construction phase.
