**Snow River Dam Updates**

Thank you again for your support! We want to take a minute to encourage you to visit our website for all the latest information! We are updating information hourly and want to provide the public with as much information as we can. We are particularly encouraged by all of the historical information we are able to find about the Snow River and past dam proposals that were ultimately rejected. The Library of Congress and the 2005 Snow River Assessment have been valuable tools. We want to specifically thank Jackie Bowman and Shane Pond for all of their help in digging this information up! Also, without Jackie's relentless research, we wouldn't have a strong of a case against Chugagh Electric's proposed Dam. Chugach Electric will be holding public comment "town halls" within the next 2 weeks and we're counting on you to help us expose their wasteful plans to destroy 17,000 acres of public lands!
