What you are seeing in this photo is a marooned JET SKI Person walked away and left for a 12-hour tide cycle. They came later to the Brighton Ave bridge to retrieve.

Last week there was a deer stuck in the mudflat. She was able to get her leg out without incident. This is the 2nd time we have witnessed this happen.
