For Clarification - No RPC or ZBA (Week of October 26th, 2026)
Good morning everyone,
We hope that you all have been able to enjoy some of the season's offerings and are looking forward to the weekend! We just wanted to assure those interested (or those who are getting more interested) in attending meetings that there is nothing to speak of scheduled for this week; however, it seems that the Ogle County Board is planning to arrange town hall-style meetings (starting at the outset of November) to engage with public concerns, comments, and contributions to the data center draft ordinance.
As this document has entered its first reading at the full county board, it is vital that we all remain engaged and informed. Also important? Planning and keeping your calendars open. It is no secret that this will be challenging during the upcoming holiday season, so please keep your eyes on the Ogle County IL calendar of events.
