Mark Your Calendars - 10/20/2026 OCB Meeting 5:30pm

A Concerned Ogle County ResidentOregon, IL, United States
Oct 16, 2026

Good evening everyone.  We will be sharing the visuals of the Supervisor of Assessments, Planning, and Zoning discussion from 10/13/2026 regarding the data center ordinance draft as well as some relevant stories in the news.  We also want to remind you to try your best to attend next Tuesday's full county board meeting at 5:30pm (Historic County Courthouse, Third Floor).  On the agenda?  "Zoning – Data Center Special Use Provisions - O-2026-1001".  It is our understanding that this is still a draft; however, this itemization may lead to some confusion.  Be sure to ask your county board rep for clarification on the record.

Here is the public link for the Supervisor of Assessments, Planning, and Zoning (APZ) discussion: APZ Data Center Draft Ordinance Visuals (10/13/2026).

Please continue to show up, stay engaged, and carpool if you can.
