It is wonderful to see the community's support and response to save the Richard Herrod bowling centre from the Council's plans to marginalise the elderly and disabled from a sport we all love.  A sport that brings people of all ages and backgrounds and abilities together. The petition demonstrates the value placed on the establishment. Hopefully, this collective effort will lead to a positive outcome. The bowling centre holds a special place in many hearts, is unique with a legacy we cannot afford to lose.  We trust that its future will be secured.  Thank you for your support.
