Dear Ransburg Community Member -

This morning after months of dodging the community the Y leadership invited elected officials to breakfast at their office. Thousands of us have called on them for months to meet with the community and have been met with silence or dismissive auto replies that suggest that we might, after nearly 7 decades and for so many of us a few generations of membership and community, just go ahead and find a new home at another branch. This community deserves better and there is still an opportunity for them to do better and show up tonight.

While they have so far failed to show up for this community you all haven't stopped showing up for one another and this eastside institution that brought us all together. Thank you for signing and sharing our petition. Thank you for showing up to rallies and raising your voices to stand up for the community. Thank you for showing up in person and online for this community with ideas, stories, and encouragement. 

We aren't done yet. Please show up tonight. Invite your neighbors, bring a friend, tell someone about it, share the flyer in a text or social media group and help spread the word. Can't make it?
