The city has now posted the agenda for this Wednesday night's City Council meeting in the auditorium at 7:30pm. Public comments will be very near the beginning of the meeting (probably about 7:45pm). Anyone can speak in person without signing up. To speak on zoom, you must register by 5pm that day (but speaking in person has a greater effect). Youth speakers are especially powerful and encouraged. A couple of sentences is fine. Three minutes is the strict limit.

Later in the meeting, MCPS will make their presentation to the City Council on the PBES renovation/rebuild options. We expect it will look the same as the previous slide decks presented at the outreach meetings. The City Council will probably ask them a few questions.
Then, even later in the meeting, we will hear the City Council have a Work Session to discuss amongst themselves (no public speaking at this point) the City's draft resolution that was posted this morning, in support of a particular option for the PBES project:
