How can we as humans ever hope to get a handle on the mental health crisis if we are not making them comfortable with receiving help now.
We don't have an excuse anymore to ignore this. It used to be we had limited information on pediatric care with regards to development delays.
Parents used to be shamed into beleiving they weren't doing enough for thier kids for having Speech delays or behavior delays.
Now we have access to that an they want to take it from our kids denying them access to necessary medical care.
The 9 "options" they gave are not options they are less than suitable alternatives an that is putting it nicely. Not because they aren't equally as good of places to go but because of the lack of staffing an resources they have themselves. They are barely able to service the clients they have let alone take on the 100s of kids being seen by the clubhouse.
