We have attached a link to the Conservation Alliance Website.  From here you can download a copy of the sign on letter to read what was provided to NOAA on the 13th of April.   

We are still adding organizations to the sign on letter and will resubmit during the public comment period.  Likewise, we will resubmit the petition with the additional names we collect.
