In an unexpected announcement today, Fishers published its first Rails-with-Trails feasibility study. While I've not had the time to investigate heavily, it's curious that they would release this nearly 2 years after telling the public multiple times, that they already had this study and data.

Why release this now? Why tell us they've had this the whole time when apparently, it's only a recent initiative? Why didn't they have this information BEFORE announcing the trail? There's a lot of questions and I will be asking those in the coming days.
