

Nickel Plate Tracks Were NOT Unsafe
According to Paul Jannotti, the author of the original railroad inspection report, the Nickel Plate railroad was in "generally good" and operable condition. He also states that it DID NOT require $5 million dollars of repairs, as news reports and government officials suggested. Was a lie used to shut down the railroad?
