At this landmark I wanted to share a short story about why Frimley Park Hospital means so much to me. 

Three years ago my aunt (by marriage) took very ill, she suddenly found she couldn’t speak. It must have been extraordinarily frightening. 

Her initial treatment, which was a brain tumour, was at Frimley Park Hospital and she has now, thankfully, seen through the last three years of grandchildrens’ birthdays, New Years’ celebrations, her daughter’s growing in life and family memories which may not have been possible without Frimley Park Hospital.

Thing is, this isn’t unique - I’m sure we all have stories about how this hospital has supported us through the best and worst of times. That’s why I’m doing this.
