The planning application is still open for representations (beyond its initial deadline and there is currently no expiry date set against it). A lot of people have contacted me asking how they do this and that they're not sure of what to write or which plans apply.
It appears that the application will be assessed under the following planning documents and policies:

- It could be useful to refer to the policy sections or paragraphs you don't agree this development would be in line with.
- You should add evidence to support your points.
- Refer to the sort of considerations that are outlined in Appendix B of the National Planning Policy for Waste.
'I've already submitted one that just said I object' and I regret it?
Quality is important over quantity. It is possible to ask the Council to withdraw a previous comment and for you to submit another.
