Three weeks ago, I launched this petition to save the historic ALCO locomotives of the Napa Valley Wine Train — a cause that means the world to me. What started as just an idea has now grown into something real, with nearly 100 signatures and growing momentum.

To everyone who’s signed, shared, donated, or even just taken the time to listen: thank you. Your support has shown me that I’m not alone in wanting to protect a vital piece of our local and railroading history.

These locomotives are more than just machines — they’re icons of Napa, symbols of engineering excellence, and a living memory of American railroading. Thanks to your support, we’ve made it clear that they deserve a future.
