Cattle Yards saved and reopened.

Congratulations Nabiac. Today Stephen Bromhead MP, MidCoast Council and Gooch Agencies announced that Nabiac Cattle Yards would be reconstructed with work starting tomorrow. Stages 1 and 2 will be completed in time for the first cattle sale of 2017 on 25 February 2017. On behalf of our entire community, I would like to thank Stephen Bromhead MP for his support and advocacy on behalf of our town, MidCoast Council for their willingness to embrace the communities concern and Gooch Agencies Real Estate & Livestock for their willingness to invest in Nabiac for not only the benefit of farmers but all the users of these facilities. Also a huge thank you to all the news agencies who covered this story. Finally, a huge thank you to the Nabiac Community for the support in getting out the word, signing petitions and attending on site. Without this support, our little town would have lost a little of it's charm and a great community asset. None of this would have been possible without the unwavering support of Gooch Agencies so please, when you have cattle to sell or are looking to buy, contact Dave N Pip Callaughan and show just how much we appreciate the support. Little wonder Nabiac is considered the greatest little town on earth.
