Believe me, it's making a difference...
With our attorneys, the legal team, and, CAMP volunteers...we have been able to gather valuable evidence proving that there are discrepancies and deficiencies with the MND environmental review document...they are very good at what they do...and, they charge us accordingly...in 15 minute blocks...at the "low-bono rate"...which is quite a bit higher than pro-bono...;-)

Our attorneys are documenting this and will be drafting a legal letter to the County requesting that a FULL EIR be done before any work can commence on this $8MM Modoc Road Multi-Use bike ROAD project...

The Modoc Preserve isn't just an empty dirt lot...this is a protected NATURE PRESERVE...you guessed it...where NATURE IS PRESERVED! 

Case in point...San Francisco automatically requires an EIR before any bike path is constructed...the Modoc Preserve DESERVES this environmental RESPECT!

Over 133 different plant species...71 different bird species...Monarch Butterflies...and, lots of other wildlife...etc...
