Sign the Petition to Keep First-Run Movies at the Larchmont Playhouse!

Dear Playhouse Supporters, Call to Action! Regal Entertainment could disrupt Michael DiCosimo's deal to buy and operate the Playhouse. Regal, the owner of New Roc Cinemas, currently has the legal power to prevent the showing of first-run movies at the Playhouse. While the contract for the Playhouse was signed six weeks ago, Regal still hasn’t budged on eliminating this unfair and anti-competitive restriction. We need to convince Regal to act this week so we can keep the purchase on track. To do this we are launching an online petition [LINK BELOW] to show Regal that the community cares and is ready, if necessary, to boycott movies at New Roc. If the clause isn’t removed by January 16, Mr. DiCosimo can and will walk away from the deal. That means the Playhouse will remain closed and any future buyer who wants to show movies will also face the same restriction.
