Thank you to all who have signed to support the K-7 Library Media Specialist position. Last night (3/20/23), ten copies of our petition with 300 signatures were disseminated to stakeholders present at the School Committee meeting at Barnstable Town Hall. Attached is a link to watch. You will see comments from school committee members as well as several public comments made in support of saving this position.

To be clear, the budget has not been voted on by the school committee yet. The next school committee meeting is on April 3 at 5:30, where they will vote on the budget.
