When I launched this, I saw gaps in the 2023-24 report. Since then I've realised Stay & Play's was ended Feb 2024, after 25 years
now Imagine me looking in the 2024-2025 annual report (filed Jan 21, 2026) and it still lists it right at the top under Activities - how the charity spends its money. Same with the Play Project—like nothing's wrong.
Then Jan 27—Iola emails all parents: 'We have some sad news... difficult decision to close the project... My team and I are heartbroken, but there's still hope, and it lies with you. If the community shows how much we're needed by using our service, and if we can become sustainable with more regular attendance, we can change this outcome.'
Six days later—Feb 1—Stephen tells me: 'decision's made... no other way forward.'
We're at 271, people emailing, attendance chatter up.

Ask: 'Iola says the community can change this—can we, or can't we?'
Let's get an answer.'
