Come on people! The "hump" was a very important

part of my childhood. Those of us who grew up in Cape Charles walked over it, rode our bikes over it, and on at least one rare occasion sledded down it. We also walked over it to go to the baseball field. It is an iconic part of Cape Charles. LEAVE IT ALONE!
