Hello Save The Horse Field Supporters!
It is with great urgency that I write to you. The beautiful horse field that we are all working so desperately to preserve is under option pending a town zoning board approval meeting around the middle of March. The submitted plans are for a subdivision of 5500sq ft lots. There is a local nonprofit ready to acquire the horse field, clean it up, beautify it, and make it a green space open to the public. HOPE Academy Ranch intends to retain only the existing structures, rehabilitate them, and create a community space for all. Here is a brief summary of the programs:
Call To Action: We need everyone to call City Hall @ 817-514-5819. Express your vehement desire to preserve this land and its legacy. When we get the date for the zoning board meeting, we will send another email with details. It will be imperative that everyone attends the zoning board meeting in Mid-March.
