Hello everyone. I hope you all are doing well. Lets get right into it. On November 14th a Hearing Officer from the county will rule on a appeal by the owners of the Old Mill requesting that the Cottonwood Heights Ordinance to be waived. Which would eliminate the 12 months of public discussion before being allowed to demolish the mill. If the Hearing Officer approves the appeal the Old Mill which we all know and love could be gone with in 30 days! But this could only be a possibility. From last Monday night there was a council discussion. The Mayor had talked to the owners about turning the deed of the Old Mill to the county. This is some interesting news on its own.
