Come to the Fairview City Council Meeting!!!
Mar 30, 2016 — Don't miss it!!! The monthly Fairview City Council Meeting is on Tuesday, April 5th at Town Hall in Council Chambers. The Open Session for Citizens Input starts at 7:30 pm. Fairview Residents can speak to the Council and express your opinion on what The Beach has meant to you & your family and the importance of it to our community and our desire to have the City of Fairview to Rebuild The Beach!! Each resident is allowed up to 5 minutes to address the Council....
Since The MGHerring Group has totally disregarded our voices, this is our one last chance!! Please bring your family members and show up in large numbers to impress upon the City of Fairview Town Council how badly the citizens want and need The Beach.
As stated by Council Member Henry Lessner in an e-mail to us: "If you are a Fairview resident, you might try to make a case for a tax payer funded park that would continue these amenities at a different location. Our Parks Board is currently working to update our long term plan for parks and trails....so now would be a good time to bring this up."
However since only Fairview Residents are allowed to speak, it is open to the public, so you don't have to be a Fairview resident to come and show your support! The more people we have the better!!
