I am still amazed that in the span of 48 hours, this petition was able to amass, as of this writing, 232 signatures! But we're not done yet! A petition is just the first step. We need to inform the higher-ups. I suggest we start a letter-writing campaign, similar to what devoted fans of cancelled TV shows like to do. Write an e-mail to the mayor, the leasing office at Kite Realty (who owns City Center, the building where the theater is located), Showcase Cinemas, and maybe other theater chains like AMC, Regal, and Cinemark. Let them all know about this petition. I'll leave the contact info at the bottom of this note.
