This is NOT natural die back.

People have thought that areas such as in the image above which can also be found on the edges of pavements or verges are the result of dogs or natural die back.

This is NOT!

Please recognise the signs and alert local groups immediately because when it resembles this image it could have been sprayed i.e. 3 days or more ago.  During this time wildlife have been affected but cats, dogs and children who also like to play round lamp posts have been in contact with these harmful chemicals.
