Patterson Farm in Bucks County, PA has been added to Preservation Pennsylvania's 2021 Pennsylvania At Risk List. Each year Preservation Pennsylvania selects important endangered historic properties and works to mediate solutions for preservation.

Patterson Farm was chosen this year after being nominated by Patterson Farm Preservation, Inc., a not-for-profit volunteer group of concerned citizens organized to advocate for, and assist with, preservation and educational programming. Fondly referred to as "The Gateway To Lower Makefield", the condition of the historic site has been in decline since its acquisition by Lower Makefield Township in 1998, prompting citizens to call for proper stewardship.

Patterson Farm was settled in 1683 by Thomas Janney, a Quaker preacher and member of William Penn's Provincial Council who left England seeking refuge here from religious persecution.
