The condition of historic Satterthwaite House, which is owned by the taxpayers of Lower Makefield Township, and is one of Bucks County, Pennsylvania's earliest Quaker homesteads, continues to decline. Government defunding of Satterthwaite House's upkeep and the ravages of time and neglect are taking a toll on this National-Register-of-Historic-Places-eligible property.

In an effort to implore Lower Makefield Township decision-makers to allow a volunteer-led restoration of Satterthwaite House, the members of Patterson Farm Preservation, Inc. 501c3 are launching a #SaveOurSatterthwaite campaign. Please join us.

Post your favorite picture of Satterthwaite House on your social media with the hashtag #SaveOurSatterthwaite. Tag Patterson Farm Preservation and we will share your photos.

Be sure to sign and SHARE the petition for preservation on PattersonFarmPreservation.com. EVERY SIGNATURE GENERATES AN EMAIL TO TOWNSHIP DECISION MAKERS. Or visit our website to donate or join the effort for preservation. We won't stop until we've achieved lasting preservation for this Bucks County landmark.

Thank you.
