Dear supporters, The Sarawak wildlife authorities have informed us that the Miri Crocodile Farm will make improvements for the four sun bears, including extension of the enclosures and use of enrichment. Photography sessions with a baby bear has also been stopped. While this is welcome news the MCF have been in possession of sun bears for over 10 years and in that time they have proven to not care for the welfare of sun bears. Despite what the authorities say who knows how the bears will be treated when eyes are turned away from MCF? The bears have suffered long enough which is why we are demanding them to be sent to the Matang sanctuary. Please share this petition today for the four sun bears at MCF!
