Rumors

Dear SPS Community,

Rumors are not the work of God. They are most often spread to harm others. Many of you have seen an online petition through social media regarding St. Peter School. The person who began this campaign did not sign their name – it is anonymous. Many of the facts in the petition are not true and I believe are intended to bring discontent among the parent and school community that we aretrying to build up. If there are any changes tobe made in 2027-2028, we will have a parent meeting. Until then, please pray for both school communities as we are One in the Body of Christ. 

Do you see how dismissive this is? Is it not a sin to lie? Is this not pride? How many things in this petition do you personally know are true, St. Peter’s community members?

Those of you who’ve shared your concerns, did she respond to you in a way befitting of someone entrusted in the care of TWO schools? Would you feel comfortable not being anonymous?

Please do not forget, there is a Parent Teacher Group (PTG) meeting one week from today, November 5th. At St. Anthony’s (SAIC) cafeteria.
