💗 YOUR VOICE MATTERS: Help Us Take Our Campaign to the NHS Board!

Dear supporters,
Following my meetings and conversations with local representatives and NHS Trust leadership, I have some important news to share.
Save St Helier Maternity has been invited to gather experiences from local families, residents and NHS staff to help inform a paper that will be submitted to the NHS Board ahead of its meeting on 3rd December.
This is a significant opportunity for our community to have its experiences and concerns presented directly to those considering the future of maternity, neonatal and women's health services at St Helier Hospital.
And now we need your help!
💗 Have your say – Community Questionnaire
- Have you received maternity, neonatal or women's health care at St Helier?
- Are you currently pregnant, planning a family, or concerned about how relocating services could affect your family?
We want to hear from you.
Whether your experiences have been positive, negative or somewhere in between, your perspective matters.

🏥 NHS Staff – We Want to Hear From You Too
Following discussions with the NHS Trust, we have also been encouraged to gather the perspectives of staff who could be affected by these proposals.
We want to understand how staff feel about the options being considered, their experiences of engagement so far, and what they believe the Board should consider.
Complete our confidentially managed staff questionnaire here:

Both questionnaires are independent of the NHS Trust. You do not need to provide your name or email address, and responses will be reviewed only by me as founder of the campaign.
Findings will be summarised for the Board, with care taken to protect contributors' identities. Please read the privacy notice before responding.
Why is this so important?
We have been informed that wider community consultation is expected to take place after the NHS Board selects its preferred option in December.
While we welcome the Trust's willingness to receive our evidence beforehand, we strongly believe that community and staff experiences should help shape the decision, not simply be considered afterwards.
Our campaign recognises the urgent need for repairs and the importance of patient and staff safety.
We are asking for every safe and viable option to retain maternity and neonatal services at St Helier to be fully explored.
⏰ Please respond by 20th November
This will give us time to review the findings and prepare our submission ahead of the Board meeting.

Please avoid sending confidential NHS information, medical records or identifying information about other people.
💗 3,448 signatures and counting!
Thank you to everyone who has supported this campaign so far.
We've achieved something important: an opportunity to put the voices of our community directly in front of NHS decision-makers.
Now let's make sure those voices are heard.
Please complete the questionnaire and share it with your friends, family, colleagues and local community groups.
Our community. Our maternity services. Our voices. 💗
