URGENT! Developer relents and schedules community meeting

Copper Builders, the Charlotte developer for Hilton Bluffs, has sent notification that they will hold a community meeting this coming Tuesday. This project is, quite possibly, the largest planned development in New Hanover County history and will impact our entire community.

This meeting is an opportunity to voice your concerns and get your questions answered about this massive development that could possibly double the population of Castle Hayne, a Rural zoned area that does not have the infrastructure to handle this project and the 30,000+ daily car trips it will bring to our already overburdened schools, emergency services, hospital, community services, and roads.
