Well, folks.

This is not the update I wanted to send to you all, but it is one I have to make.

Six Flags St. Louis is being sold to EPR Properties (owners of the City Museum and other theme parks) and will cease to operate as a Six Flags park after the 2026 season concludes. It will be operated by a company by the name of Enchanted Parks, formerly known as Innovative Attractions Management (IAM).

I am devastated, as many others surely will be upon learning this news this morning.

EPR Properties has a long track record of keeping its parks running in bare-bones states, with no real investments made to further increase their quality or value.

The sale of our park to EPR is practically a death sentence, and not to be taken lightly.

While the sale has not been cleared, it likely will be.
