30 days ago we launched the crowdjustice.com campaign to raise legal funds to help protect the Shepherd’s Bush Market traders. We are so pleased to now be able to announce that with your generosity and thoughtfulness, we have surpassed our initial crowd justice target, and raised £4,258.

The funds raised will be forwarded to our Solicitor – Seddons, and further legal steps will be taken to encourage the landlord / developer to abide and comply with the leases and agreements which are established.
The developer, now known as U+I Group Plc. are causing financial detriment to the small businesses of Shepherd’s Bush Market and are failing to reimburse service charge monies that are due back to the market traders.
The manner in which these traders of Shepherd’s Bush Market have been treated has been most unfortunate.
We now continue the task to raise further funds of £15,000, and progress in seeking to encourage the landlord to right the wrongs, which have occurred.
