Ripley is a Master Planned community, there should have been enough schools planned. Private property owners should not have to surrender land. There is still plenty of undeveloped land in Ripley that can be used for the school. There is time to plan this properly.
Ecco Ripley was approved with zero schooling, evidence has been provided to EDQ of the flawed planning in this development that borders the farm.
Wildlife Corridor and Swanbank buffer zone
Working family farm for 130 years, with 10 families living on this farm today and 21 grandchildren.
The family's mental health is a grave concern for this development.
Significant fauna and flora in the area.  The farm serves as an important wildlife corridor for Ripley.

All Ripley Valley PDA applications have recently been removed from the EDQ website.
We need Lot 178 SP141675 be removed from the PDA and the proposed school be removed from Lot 178 SP141675.
