Update - 23rd August 2025

Hello all

Thank you for the fantastic show of support for Savannah, it is greatly appreciated. 

Unfortunately, Savannah is still facing the same blocks to the care she needs, and, as a result, is experiencing a long list of additional symptoms she did not have before, so continues to deteriorate. Needlessly.

All she is asking for is:

1. a syringe driver to administer pain relief, which will allow Savannah to get vital rest 
2. her PICC line to be cleaned regularly and investigated, as there is now build up of unidentified brown secretions
3. her ongoing care to be in-line with current guidelines for people with severe ME/CFS

That's it. Those are the asks. Without them, Savannah is currently experiencing:

• Breathlessness to the point of needing oxygen
• Repeated episodes of inability to inhale, suspected CO₂ retention not detected by OBS
• Dizziness, hallucinations, loss of consciousness
• Tachycardia, vision loss, uncontrollable shaking
• Cognitive dysfunction, inability to communicate
• Malnutrition from exhaustion
• Skin bleeding, welts, pooling of medication, loss of safe injection sites
