Well, Friends, we are down to the last 24 hours for our beloved club.

PAC is not just a place to play tennis. It's a family and community where the people make you feel like you belong. 

We were delighted to see the USTA PacNW Statement of endorsement and support of PAC. Please take a moment to read this very well-written statement that states "access to indoor courts in Northern Oregon is severely limited...with only 130 indoor courts" in the area for about 275,445 active tennis players - about 21 times higher than the national goal of one court per 100 players. Leaving many without a place to play. In rainy Oregon, this is a challenge.

Tomorrow, the closing of PAC will impact and/or displace 300 members, 600 public players who use the courts. Majority of those impacted are kids, youth, and seniors. There is also an indoor basketball gym that will also be shut down too and the newly renovated pool where youth swim lessons were taught.

Please continue to share this petition. It is making a difference. We are also almost at 1,000 signatures. There will be a mediation following and perhaps this petition, and the voices of concern from the community can make an impact.
