This is not what a plantation looks like! Large trees, like this Tallowwood koala feed tree (pictured) found in Compartments 28-31 (currently planned for clear-fell logging), show that Pine Creek State Forest plantations are not harvest-able mono-culture plantations. They contain mixed native habitat trees vital to the survival of local forest species, including the koala. You only need to spend a bit of time in these compartments to see the healthy thriving ecosystems that support the native flora and fauna. The prospect of clear-fell logging these habitats is unconscionable.

Please re-share and support the SavePineCreek petition to stop Clear-Fell Logging in Pine Creek State Forest and implement the Forest Bridge Proposal.
