NSW Greens Minister, Sue Higginson called for an inquiry into the EPA during our story on A Current Affair.

Ms Higginson took the time to meet with us in October 2024, and described the EPA's targeting of our business as perverse, expressing her heartbreak at the real harm taking place across NSW that's being ignored and enabled by the EPA.

Sue has been an avid supported of our fight, and invited A Current Affair into her office to express her concern as to why the EPA has targeted our business.

"They (the EPA) when really hard on Damien. Was that to make an example of of him? Well, why?" She went on to agree that we have been wanting to work with the EPA to ensure we are doing the right thing - but they have ignored all attempts, and only focused on closing us down.

It's just another example of the EPA targeting the small guys, instead of the big polluters.

"Communities all over NSW are telling me they are losing faith and trust in the EPA at rapid rates," Sue told ACA.

"It is time that we call an inquiry and have a look at the EPA," she said, "the evidence is suggesting there is enormous scope for reform."

Help us by demanding a better EPA, and fair treatment of our business.

If you have 5 mins, please email the Minister for the Environment and demand the EPA's misconduct is investigated before any further regulatory action is taken against us. Learn how here

Thank you for your support.

Damien
