‘Crazy’ plan to ban outdoor basketball because too noisy - The West Australian 20 Feb 2023

The West Australian newspaper covered this important issue:

"Basketball WA Deputy CEO Evan Stewart fears nearly every outdoor ring in the State will be torn down if a noise proposal from the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation is approved, in a move a Perth Wildcats star has declared is outrageous.

BWA is fighting the proposal which would force new outdoor facilities to be built a significant distance from houses."
