The Whittier City Council will definitely be hearing about the whopping 900+ signatures we have received on this petition at this next meeting. (April 23rd, 6pm @ City Hall) The council will be shocked by how much support we got, but the support doesn't need to stop there. Here are a few other ways you can help us out further:

• send an email to city council (it can be a brief statement like "Don't cut down the trees!")

• attend the city council either in person or on zoom & make a short public comment
• most importantly, VOTE on April 6-9th for candidates that represent the values of the people! �️

If enough of us make our voices heard, they won't be able to ignore us! Save the trees and keep Uptown Whittier beautiful!
