Thank you all for your support to Protect the Wooded portion of Stillwell Woods Preserve. It’s extremely important that we are given absolute Guarantees that the Wooded portion of the Preserve will be protected from development both now and in the future. 

For about a year now we have been told that there would be no Survey documenting the Border between the Sports Fields and the Wooded portion of the Preserve until after the transfer was completed. We have continued to fight for a Survey to be done as required by the Inter Municipal Agreement between Nassau County and the Town of Oyster Bay. 

I am happy to announce that the Town of Oyster Bay has finally committed to doing this required Survey thanks to pressure from our growing community.
