💥 Timberland Competition Update: Why This Fight Is Far From Over!
Hey everyone,
I wanted to share a major update regarding our fight to save the Portsmouth–Le Havre crossing.
I have officially escalated this issue directly to the Leader of Portsmouth City Council and the Port Director. I've laid out the clear truth: British taxpayers poured £24.4 million into the port's green infrastructure, and it is completely unacceptable for Brittany Ferries to take public gifts while permanently ripping away our travel links.
But here is the most important part—I want to make it completely clear to both the Council and Brittany Ferries that I am NOT dropping this campaign until this route is reinstated.
As many of you know, I am currently a contender in Timberland’s global artist competition. Winning this will unlock major global backing and substantial independent funds. If we win, I am fully prepared to deploy those resources to fund a long-term, high-visibility public accountability campaign to keep the pressure on corporate management until they reverse this forced shutdown.
They thought they could quietly cancel this line, but they didn’t expect a community with this much drive. We are currently at 24 signatures—let's hit our next goal of 50!
