this bill will curtail the “red light” environmental hazard and pollution to the public and pilots. It is supported by both legislative and senate- with only one vote against (Democrat from Kirkland- someone not impacted by this hazard and chooses to impose it on others. FYI Kirkland is a community that has no wind turbine farms, Red lights blinking, noise pollution nor the animals and birds decimated by the wind farms and red lights.)
