It took a significant part of the Fairfield community to save our beloved Community Theatre. With the help of over 7,000 Fairfield residents six years ago, we advocated for the redevelopment of this historic theater in the heart of downtown. And, we cannot forget the support of Sacred Heart University and the Kleban family — enabling the Community Theatre to once again become a staple of downtown Fairfield. The Community now enables an entirely new generation of residents to enjoy what so many have enjoyed for over 100 years.

Fairfield now has an even bigger challenge ahead — with the over-development of our beloved downtown, bringing even more traffic and safety concerns to an already congested area. We have to ask ourselves - "is Fairfield a town or is it a city? If the former, we're heading in the wrong direction.

My friend Brian Farnen has always been an active and strong local advocate for the theater and wishes, like so many, that Fairfield remains a town and a community, and not a city.

We ask for your support one more time to elect Brian Farnen for State Representative this November.  Brian Check out his video on the theater and the issue of overdevelopment in town. https://youtu.be/dv6BvrlWDzM
