6th DAB will meet to reconsider Developers request to rezone Delano Green Space to build Apartments.  This will eliminate 40 mature shade trees and replace them with high-rent apartments in a low-income Delano neighborhood.  The proposed development eliminates mature shade trees and increases traffic on neighborhood streets where children and pets sometime play and often stray.  Delano is 'under-parked' and our green space (trees and real grass) is fast disappearing as developers and planners are gentrifying our neighborhood.  Please plan to attend and demonstrate your opposition to the proposed re-zone.
